Insurance and Payment
As a team of well-trained healthcare providers, we will develop an individualized "Plan of Care" paying close attention to the needs of the patient, the family and caregivers. We will work in collaboration with the patient's Primary Physician.
Medication, supplies, medical equipment needed for the provisions of care related to a life limiting illness are provided without cost to the patient.
Accepted Insurances include Medicare, Medical Assistance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, HMO's and other managed and private insurance plans.
